Ugly Talk

My very first episode with YOU guys! Yay! I'm so glad you are here! This first episode I am sharing my purpose for Spiritually Fed. I am also sharing a spiritual moment I had from the "ugly talk" I had going on in my thoughts. I share how I was influenced to think better of myself and other's with the wonderful prompting of the Holy Ghost. I know the spirit is a great advocate in helping motivate all of us to show up better.
